Consulting:
We at Southern Connections are dedicated to providing a very personalized service to agricultural investors in South America. After an indication of size and preference (agriculture, livestock, forestation, land banking or a diversification in two or three of the named) we source and pre-select valuable properties in collaboration with various estate agents. Then we provide a cost calculation and a detailed technical knowledge-sharing briefing on the different options.
After the investor’s final selection of a property we offer assistance in selecting legal and notary services, accounting professionals, banking services, fees, rates, taxes, etc. We also provide assistance with agricultural leasing companies, tenants, diversification according to the soil index, different beef production systems and breeds, etc. We are available to provide ongoing support on a medium to long term relationship basis.
Farm Management:
We offer: – the full management of livestock farms, – advice in the diversification according to the soil index, – medium to long-term supervision over leased land to agricultural / forestation leasing companies, – monthly feedback concerning your investment.

Packages in Paraguay
- Fully developed beef production farm: sourcing of productive property and entire management of farm with investor-owned livestock.
- Partly developed beef production farm: sourcing of property consisting of a productive part and a part to be developed. Development of unexploited part and entire management.
- Virgin land: sourcing of unexploited property and development of property to a productive farm with entire management.
- Virgin land: sourcing of unexploited property for land banking for asset appreciation, no management.
Southern Connections works on a minimum sustainable size of 5000 ha in Paraguay.
Packages in Uruguay
- Beef production farm: sourcing of property and entire management of farm with investor-owned livestock.
- Beef production farm: sourcing of property and leasing of land/livestock to third party, supervision over business.
- Agricultural farm: sourcing of property and assistance with selection of leasing company, supervision over business and management of leasing company.
- Forestation farm: sourcing of property and assistance with selection of leasing company, supervision over business and management of leasing company (land banking for asset appreciation – long term).
- Diversification: a combination of two or three of above mentioned options on a single property, sourcing of such property and assistance with selection of leasing company, supervision over business and management of leasing company.
