We are often asked what the minimum investment in Paraguayan agricultural real estate is. Our answer is always the same: To successfully acquire agricultural real estate and engage in livestock production, a relatively high minimum investment is required.
In order to be able to also offer the small investor a financially attractive investment option, we have come up with a nearly perfect solution to the problem of high minimum investments: A much lower minimum that at the same time allows investors to expose themselves to this asset class and owning highest quality farmland.
We will soon release more information on this exiting new opportunity, but what we can disclose is the new minimum investment: around USD 250,000.
Below please find an article by Live and Invest Overseas, which evaluates the current possibilities available to the small investor in Paraguay.
